BOARDING

While you're away, your dog will become a part of our family.  They will live in a well-balanced, accomodating Hollywood Hills home to minimize the stress of being separated from you.  C.O.R.E. Dog Training and Boarding has taken great pains to secure the property so that the wildlife stays out and your dogs stay in; we installed a six foot fence with "coyote rollers" around the perimeter of the property.  Your dog will be given individual, personalized attention throughout the day.  They will have supervised playtime in the backyard.  Or, if they prefer to lounge during the day, they will sunbathe on the private balcony.  All dogs sleep inside the house with us.  We take a limited number of boarders so that we can assure the highest quality care.  Fully vaccinated, flea treated, healthy, friendly dogs welcome.  The earliest check in is at 7:30 a.m. and the latest check out is at 7:00 p.m.  $80 a day.

 

BOARD & TRAIN 

Our Board and Train program is recommended for busy clients who don't have time for weekly sessions and want to see quick results.  This intensive program is two weeks long.  During that time, your dog will learn how to: sit, down, stay, go to your spot, go in your crate, leave it, come, heel, respond to a release word and in general, be a calmer, more responsive, obedient dog.  We also address specific behavioral issues that you want to be rid of.  A follow up handling session will be given so that you can learn how to use the line of communication that has been established with your dog.  We use positive reinforcement to get your dog to quickly understand that what we want them to do is rewarding.  Consequently, they will enjoy performing the behaviors we prefer.  2 Week (14 day) program $2,100.  We can also accomodate a per day program at $150 a day.
